Requires gitvow 0.7 or later on the agent’s PATH (pip install gitvow). Each skill is a SKILL.md in the common Agent Skills format under skills/; install individually with npx skills add https://github.com/wirevow/gitvow-skills --skill gitvow-why. The skills read only the redacted record that gitvow writes (trailers, session notes, snapshots, ledger). They never read transcripts.
